The Quickness is one of the few super-speedsters in the WildStorm Universe
Bio:
Faster than the eye can follow, the Quickness was the first super-villain Union had to battle on Earth. His extreme speed made him a successful bank robber until Union figured out a way to deal with him. Only after defeating the Quickness did Union discover that his adversary was, in fact, a pawn in somebody else's game.
