SPOILERS BEYOND THIS POINT!
Bio:
The Commander was a SPB created by Dr.Krigstein. Krigstein used him and his team The Americans to try and find the new born Jenny Quantum so Krigstein could use her powers to control the century. The Commander was a serial rapist and violated everyone in the hospital his team was looking for Quantum in. When the Authority showed up to fight them Commander attacked Apollo. Since he was low on power Commander raped him on a car. Later the team reappeared most of them in washington DC. Apollo now fully charged killed a number of the Americans and burned Commander's legs. At first he thought Apollo was going to kill him but really he only wanted to wound him so Midnighter could violate him with a jack hammer.

Trivia:
  • The Commander was created by Mark Millar & Frank Quitely.
  • The Commander is a overt reference to the Marvel Comics character Captain America. In fact, the similarity to Captain America combined with the Commander's reprehensible behavior led to some controversy.

Appearances:
  • The Authority Vol 1 #13, #14, #15, #16
  • Jenny Sparks #3
