The $tranger$
First Appearance: Automatic Kafka #1
Automatic Kafka was but one member of the team and he is the main character in the Automatic Kafka book. Throughout the book's 9-issue run, Kafka would come into contact with all but one of the other $trangers members. The book was cancelled before they got around to fully introducing the last member, Saint Nick.
After Automatic Kafka's cancellation, The $trangers would be referred to later (though wouldn't actually appear) in 'The Intimates'; another innovative but short lived Wildstorm title from Kafka's author, Joe Casey.
History
Appearing in Wildstorm's mature readers title Automatic Kafka, this super team banked on their celebrity status but had disbanded about 10 years before the book begins and are seen in flashbacks only.Automatic Kafka was but one member of the team and he is the main character in the Automatic Kafka book.
