SPOILERS BEYOND THIS POINT!
Bio:
Christine is the latest in a line of adventurers in the Trelane family, most of whom have met a violent end. She joined Stormwatch as an activator in the mid-late 80s, and she met Jackson King during their shared time in the Stormwatch Academy. He was a close friend of Academy head John Windsor, a somewhat conservative man, whose opinions and attitudes towards Stormwatch and the seedling program were in direct opposition to the crowd that Christine ran with. This friction lead to a brief and passionate relationship between herself and King. They split up shortly before they left the academy, and didn't see each other until the end of King's first Stormwatch Tour of Duty.

StormWatch

Trelane served as a general agent for Skywatch, investigating seedlings and occasionally participating in field missions. She rose through the ranks and was eventually named second in command of Stormwatch, and replaced Henry Bendix as Weatherman following his dismissal. Her tenure as Weatherman was the one of the darkest points of Stormwatch's history. Batallion was killed in action while fighting Maul from the WildCATS(who had been brainwashed and mutated by the Daemonite Lord Defile), and when she named Diva as the new Commander of Stormwatch One, Cannon quit the team in anger. Two new members, Pagan and Undertow were activated as replacments, just in time for the Wildstorm Rising incident, where Defile brainwashed Stormwatch Prime, and the threat was so great that the UN Security Council released the Warguard, who fleed from the battlezone and set up in the UN moonbase, killing the crew there. During the ensuing battle between Stormwatch and the Warguard, the team was decimated, with Diva being killed, Strafe(Malcolm King) turning to the Warguard's side, Hellstrike dispersed over the earth's atmosphere, Undertow fell into a coma following serious injuries, and Skywatch itself was crashed into the nevada desert. It was only due to the return from the dead of Batallion (it turned out he faked his death and had been training for this moment in the six months he was away) and Henry Bendix as Weatherman that saved the team from total destruction.

Christine took her position as second in command again following these events, and took over training of a number of new Stormwatch officers, the final graduates of the academy program. During Henry Bendix's reformation of Stormwatch following the Fire from Heaven incident, she was returned to the field, investigating new seedlings again It was during this time, that she and King rekindled their relationship. Following the revelation that Bendix was using Stormwatch to further his own agenda, and Jackson King's promotion to the position, she was moved back to Skywatch staff and second in command position, her duties consisted mostly of research and support tasks.

The Monarchy

Following the second fall of Skywatch, Christine and Jackson were moved to the UN building in New York, where they headed up the Bureau of Superhuman Affairs, providing what little intelligence they could to the UN security council. They assisted the Authority for a little more than year, towards the end of which, they attended the fateful party on the carrier. There Christine ran into Flint, who she hadn't seen since the disbanding of StormWatch. While sharing a bath, Christine revealed that she hadn't has a period for 18 months, before having a kind of seizure that changed into a burst of energy. She manifestd herself before King, telling him they had work to do, and then they returned to New Your to make plans. Christine and Jackson married in the following months, and gathered around them an army. As the Monarchy's second in command, she used her powers to seek out places where people have gone wrong, and fix them.

StormWatch PHD

After the Worldstorm event rewrote the Wildstorm universe, Christine and Jackson's destinies had changed; now, they were again in charge of a much-scaled-down Stormwatch Prime, operating exclusively out of the United States and in a gigantic skyscraper serving as Skywatch instead of the former orbital satellite.

Jackson and Christine's marriage seemed rock solid as they continued to run both Stormwatch Prime and the new, human-oriented Stormwatch PHD task force. But when a meeting of the minds was arranged between the members of Prime and PHD at Skywatch, the heroes made a shocking discovery: Jackson King had been shot in the head, with a high-powered laser instead of a bullet. Jackson remained comatose while the members of Stormwatch PHD investigated the crime and interrogated suspects.

To their shock, they eventually discovered that the culprit was none other than Christine. In her confession, Christine revealed that she and Jackson had recently risked a pregnancy, despite fearing that their altered genetics would damage the baby, and that the baby was indeed miscarried and deformed. After the miscarriage, apparently suffering from delusion and postpartum depression, Christine became fixated on getting Jackson to take his focus off Stormwatch and onto the family they could still create, by any means necessary. She reprogrammed a Skywatch maintenance robot to attack Jackson with one of its lasers, knowing Jackson would not detect its intentions because the robot had no mind. She also programmed the robot to aim not for Jackson's cognitive faculties, but for the part of the brain that controlled Jackson's powers; as an Activator, the unbalanced Christine knew where to look, and believed that without his powers, Jackson would learn to settle down into family life.

As a regretful Christine was taken into custody, Jackson awoke from his coma in full control of his faculties and his powers, and was heartbroken to learn what Christine had done. Christine expressed gratitude that Jackson had kept his powers, and as she was led away, said she should never have done it; "no one should ever be taken away from what they love."

As Christine was apparently delusional due to postpartum depression, it remains to be seen what her final fate will be. PHD team leader John Doran speculated that given her condition, she could only lose her job at Stormwatch.
