Mahkinot is extremely strong and has a durable hide. He can adapt to various harsh environments with ease. Mahkinot is also extremely intelligent, though he can be overcome by furious rages in life threatening situations.

Bio:
Fleeing the Las Vegas mob, the mercenary Serge hid in an abandoned mine in the Nevada desert where he stumbled across the stasis chamber which held the being known only as Mahkinot. Serge's pursuers tracked him down and opened fire, missing Serge but hitting the chamber controls. Revived and enraged, Mahkinot killed the assassins and then collapsed. Feeling that the creature saved his life, Serge stayed by Mahkinot until he recovered. Mahkinot retains little or no membory of where he comes from or how he was placed in stasis, and believes himself to be a member of an alien slave race. Mahkinot has since joined Serge in the guns-for-hire business and still hopes to discover the truth about his existence.

When Backlashand Taboo were trying to clear Taboo's name they were led to a former associate Dr. Branum who had hired Serge and Mahkinot to defend him from the attack. Mahkinot hid in the back while Serge was handling both of them, when Serge got pushed backMahkinot surprised them and easily trampled the group until a common enemy, Lilitu, forced them to pair up since they both needed Branum alive. Until then Mahkinot was easily standing toe-to-toe with Backlash and Taboo both difficult opponents to most. When the enemies overpowered them and Backlash seemingly dead they needed to retreat. Serge escaped with Taboo through a hole Mahk made. His status after that was unclear but Serge was shown giving him an SOS shortly before Taboo sent one to Cyberjack. Later it's revealed he did receive themessage and when he noticed Jodi and Cyberjack sneaking in he partnered with them (but not without scaring the hell out of Jodi). Just like before Mahk made the escape hatch through a wall and the team escaped the grasp of Lilitu.
