Bio:
Former member of United States Army Military Police Special Response Team. He was later recruited into International Operations’ Black Razors. He is one of three survivors of Project Entry. He was later recruited into StormWatch: Team Achilles. There is concern that frequent injuries at the hands of SPBs have given Cisco some mental trauma that may render him unsuitable for field work.
He was scheduled for a leave of absence due to his impending marriage, but ended up joining the team for one last mission on his wedding day. During the course of the mission, the same one that saw the death of Coleman, he received injuries that resulted in his leaving the team.
