Created and funded by the United Nations, StormWatch: Team Achilles is a group of highly trained human operatives armed with the latest weaponry and gadgets and given a mission: to police the world's growing superhuman population!

Benito Santini was once a Black Razor with International Operations, but was promoted and made Weatherman in charge of Team Achilles.	Frederick "Alias" Ngebe Braumholstein	Blake Coleman is second-in-command of Team Achilles.	Luis Cisco was one of Santini's Black Razor's and joined Team Achilles after Santini was promoted.
Galena Golovin is the sniper of Team Achilles.	Jukko Hamalainen is Team Achilles's first super-powered member. His power makes him feel the pain of those near to him.	Victoria "Flint" Ngengi is a StormWatch veteran who joined Team Achilles, and later married Santini.	Ajeet Singh
Charles Cotesworth Pickney is Golovin's support.	Jaeger Weiss

Avi Barak is a telepath, and Santini's aide.

Buzz Dixon is Team Achilles's "fly-on-the-wall", abel to infiltrate any area to gather information undetected.

Dr. Marie Grunier is Team Achilles's medic.

Khalid Tefibi is Team Achilles's techie, inventor, and gadget guy.

The Bloody Hand of Jihad

Ash Shams ("The Sun"): an analogue of Captain Atom.	Hamat & Hamoq ("intelligent anger" & "uncontrollable fury"): analogues of Peacemaker. They previously killed 39 students at the Great Pyramids of Egypt.	Shakoosh Kabir ("Sledge Hammer"): An analogue of Thunderbolt	Hasan-i Sabbah: An analogue of the Question, this super-terrorist has no face is named after a medieval cultist.
Steel Scarab: A French mercenary who is an analoge of the Blue Beetle.	Aswad Ziballa ("Black Garbage"): An analogue of Nightshade.

Baron Chaos is the descendant of the true ruler of Romania who had been tricked out of his throne when he was a child. Chaos spent his whole life trying to get back his kingdom.	Citizen Soldier is the soul of George Washington that gets reincarnated every time the nation needs him. He fights for the true realization of democracy, even if that means destroying the government.	Deadhead:A superhuman with the ability to animate the dead and a skull for a face. He was captured and later placed in the Project Entry Universe along with Sonny Terns and Dhul Fiqar.	Devil
Dhul Fiquar, the Sword of the Prophet. A superhuman activator.	Emoticon - A powerful telepath who was also hideously deformed. He resemble a giant mutant fetus and during his first and only appearance in the series was shown to be floating in a giant liquid filled tube. He was killed by Golovin.	The Hallibastard, aka "Giant" is probably the most powerful idiot Stormwatch: Team Achilles has had to deal with.	Jumpmaster:A superhuman with the ability to create star shaped teleportation portals. He escaped Stormwatch and would later be seen acting as an intermediary between Senator Terns, Baron Chaos and Citizen Soldier.
President Patrick Kent	Senator Sonny Terns -A particularly vile Republican Senator.
