The Monarchy

Caleb
Condition Red
Detective, assassin and mystic. The man known as the original Condition Red was all of these things before spending a decade locked in the torture garden of Doctor Osiris before he was liberated by Jackson King. When it comes to the WildStorm Universe, Condition Red knows where the bodies are buried - more often than not, he was the one who put them in the ground.

Jon Farmer
A refugee from a transdimensional intersection called C-Space, the cynical super-priest known as Jon Farmer has journeyed across a host of parallel worlds in search of the one Jackson King capable of restoring the world he left behind. Now, the former prince of light fears he may have found his man.

Jackson King
Former StormWatch Weatherman and protege of madman Henry Bendix, Jackson King was born with the powers of telekinesis and telepathy, neither of which has kept him out of therapy. With the creation of The Monarchy, King begins his apotheosis into something greater than the sum of all that's come before.

The Monarchy 02
Union
A super-strong alien soldier capable of wielding tremendous energy. Union never found a place where he truly belonged and thus wandered the highways and byways of the WildStorm Universe until he finally encountered a threat he couldn't handle. Possessed by a psychic serial killer, Union's suicide was perhaps the most heroic act of his career, and set the stage for his resurrection and a brand-new life in King's Monarchy.

Henry Bendix by David Sealy

As an imaginary being, he has nicknamed himself Happy Hank Bendix and acts like a completely different man. Bendix is a genius and uses weapons of his own design to help the Weavers in their task.

Matt
Gifted with the ability to give superhuman powers to regular humans as well as possessing enormous destructive powers himself, Matt was saved by Jon Farmer when his powers made him release an enormous explosion of energy. He is the first recruit of the Monarchy after they defeated Chimaera.
