  • Dr. Able (Spartan: Warrior Spirit #1): A scientist who believed that the forces of nature could be harnessed by science.
  • Deathtrap (StormWatch Vol 1 #1): A superhuman assassin with psionic abilities. He has his headquarters in Gamorra City and does frequent work for Kaizen Gamorra.
  • Kaizen Gamorra (StormWatch Vol 1 #40): The ultra-shogun, feared dictator of Garmorra Island.
  • Guggen (Deathblow Vol 1 #2): Guggen used to work for Kaizen until he was fired. He now arranges deals for Scavengers to sell their cyborg parts to the Techno-Dwarves.
  • Lt. Itori Kawamatsu (Cybernary #3): Gamorran police.
  • Trantor “The Jumper” MacGregor (Cybernary #2): An American expatriate who deals in illegal Gamorran technology.
  • Misery (WildC.A.T.s #5): Bodyguard to Dr. Heinrich Richtoffen.
  • Hans Reuter (Deathblow Vol 1 #2): Kaizen Gamorra’s chief of security. Once a decorated Interpol officer, he turned to Kaizen to cure his wife’s cancer. He now protects Kaizen’s life and finances.
  • Heinrich Richtoffen (WildC.A.T.s #5): A scientist who set up shop on Ashur Island as part of a business deal with Kaizen Gamorra. Richtoffen was possessed by a Daemonite and was selling Gamorran technology to the Cabal.
  • Mai-Li Tsung (Deathblow Vol 1 #18): A member of the Gamorran Political Underground, she died helping the mercenary Deathblow rescue his client. Her family was killed when her father, one of Kaizen Gamora’s warlords, objected to Gamorra’s inhuman experiments.
  • Lance Wernick (Cybernary #2): A sales representative for a California-based microchip company.

  • Delacorte (Deathblow Vol 1 #3): A Techno-Dwarf. He is the most talented “Chipworm”, a being capable of mentally interfacing with computers.
  • Gila (Deathblow Vol 1 #2): A crony of Minotaur, who also commands his own unit of Hunter-Killers.
  • Henri (Deathblow Vol 1 #1): The leader of the Techno-Dwarves. He bought Cybernary from Guggen and tried to unlock the secrest of her mind.
  • Hiroshi (Cybernary #2): Owner of the LogInn, a bar on the Yamauchi Street black market.
  • Minotaur (Deathblow Vol 1 #2): An assassin who does most of his work for Kaizen Gamorra.
  • Miranda (Cybernary #1): A cyber-shrink.
  • Parousia (StormWatch Vol 1 #18): A scientist who ran a hidden plant that manufactured Hunter-Killers. Killed by Cannon.
  • Vandalia (Deathblow Vol 1 #4): Kaizen Gamorra’s chief scientist, largely responsible for creating Hunter-Killer technology. He created Cybernary as a gift for Kaizen Gamorra.
