Powers/Abilities:
Helmut is a known criminal and arms dealer. His most spectacular abilities come from his armored suit which gives him incredible strength and protection. Outside of it, he shares features with moles, like being able to dig his way through material and eating earthworms.

Bio:
Helmut first appeared in the early 70's, in South America, when he was involved with German smugglers stealing South American archeological treasures. He was first captured by Lynch, at this time living his own life as an adventurer. He was accompanying Caroline McArthur in her search for the Peruvian Temple of Viracocha. That's when Lynch discovered Helmut's extreme sensitivity to loud noises.

 25 years later, Lord Defile orchestrated his escape from prison, in exchange for finding one of the Daemonite's ship keys in the 'Wildstorm Rising' crossover. Defile knew that a member of Team 7 had retrieved a part of a key in Nicaragua, but he didn't knew which member. As he sent hit teams against every living Team 7 member, Helmut was chosen to go against his old foe, Lynch. Gen 13 interfered. The battle was pretty even until Lynch made Burnout use his electric guitar amplifier to neutralize Helmut through his vulnerability to loud noises. With Helmut immobilized, Grunge managed to hit the ejection system of the armor. Outside of his armor, it was a piece of cake to take him down.

While Helmut was held in a specially design cell preventing him from using his digging ability, Miss Poppinopolous tampered with the containment mechanism of the cell, letting him escape. Again, he owed a favor to his liberator, Mr Luv, who wanted him to chase the Gen 13 girls. This time, Helmut managed to capture the girls by knocking down an entire building on them. Fairchild saved them from death, but not unconsciousness. The day was saved by Lynch and the boys.

Years later, Helmut found himself indirectly employed by Tao.
