Halo Corporation
First Appearance: WildC.A.T.s #1
After Marlowe's death, Spartan took on the identity of nephew Jack Marlowe and assumed control over the company, moving its headquarters from the Halo Inc. Building in New York City to the Library Tower in Los Angeles. His intent is to use the company to create a better world through eco-political means.
Halo, Inc. is a diversified technology, manufacturing and services company with a commitment to achieving worldwide leadership in each of its businesses. Halo, Inc. is also a leading manufacturer of communications and information technology products for consumer and professional markets. Recently, Halo has branched out into the automobile industry with the release of the Halo Predator, a car that needs no gasoline or refueling and runs on a never-ending Halo battery.
Halo's most recent product was the Spartan robot for the home. Now, every family can own a super-hero!
After the global armageddon, the Halo Building is the only structure in Los Angeles that still has any power, thanks to its Kherubim technology, and the Wildcats are using it as a shelter for human survivors.

History
The Halo Corporation came into existence when the WildC.A.T.s were first created and has continued to serve as the team's source of income and hi-tech equipment. It was founded in the early 90’s by Emp (going by the name Jacob Marlowe) after Void found him (living on the street at the time) and told him of his Kherubim heritage. She also told him that he’d need to form a team (the WildC.A.T.s) to stop a coming threat. The Halo Corporation was the front for the team and was where all the members of the worked as far as any government agencies were concerned.Other than the first few issues of WildC.A.T.s, the Halo Corporation stayed in the background, only being mentioned as a base for the group and not as anything on its own. The company was still there though, and Emp's silent partner, Miles Tsabo was keeping an eye on it. After the events of Homecoming Emp returned to Earth and was finished with the WildC.A.T.s and Halo. He gave up the company and left it to Savant and Mr. Majestic. This didn't last long though, and Savant and Majestic soon left the WildC.A.T.s and control of Halo was returned to Emp (after Void wiped his mind of the things he'd learned on Khera that had caused him to quit in the first place). Almost as soon as Emp was put back in charge however, Miles Tsabo decided to step in and take over the company. Because of Emp's absence and the fact that the company was losing money, Mr. Tsabo thought it was time he did things his way. After an investigation into Halo's secrets, Miles discovered that Emp was an alien and used the information to blackmail the Kherubim into giving him total control over the Halo Corporation. However, Tsabo failed to retain control of Halo and his fate has never been revealed. Jacob Marlowe kept Halo until his death. After Marlowe's death, Spartan took on the identity of nephew Jack Marlowe and assumed control over the company, moving its headquarters from the Halo Inc. Building in New York City to the Library Tower in Los Angeles. His intent is to use the company to create a better world through eco-political means.
