Bio:
Dr. Cross is the head of Tabula Rasa, a division of Internal Operations.
Worldstorm
Tabula Rasa was created to deal with different generations of Super-Powered Beings (S.P.B.'s) the facility was in charge of creating. Dr. Cross oversaw 14 generations of S.P.B.'s created. He even created his assistant Megan as part of Gen 9. When Gen 13 was created, he used them for the purposes of selling internet videos of the S.P.B.'s to voyeuristic clients that would show them engaging in everything from sexual activities to full on murder.
Dr. Cross is severely Haptephobic in that he does not like to be touched, even fending off advances for his assistant Megan who was madly in love with him. During Gen 13's escape from Tabula Rasa, Dr. Cross was killed.
World's End
Megan revived herself and Dr. Cross in the post-Armageddon world. However, Megan was resurrected in the body of a child and Dr. Cross as an infant. Together they traverse the wastelands looking the Gen 13 kids who survived Armageddon as well.
