Condition Red refers to himself as a Chaos Artist. He is a crack shot. He is also capable of teleportation, and apparently can travel between dimensions in the Bleed.

Bio:
Very little is known about Condition Red. He has been an adventurer for some time, the WildC.A.T Max Cash using the codename for his own for a short period in the mid 90s. He has some level of history with Jackson King and Christine Trelane, as born out by his conversation with King. He certainly owes King, as King rescued him from somebody named Doc Osiris, who found him in bed with his daughters. He apparently expressed a desire to be part of King and Trelane's plan, but is somewhat laxadasic about following King's orders.
Caleb was a trickster and very elusive fellow. His powers appear to come from an artifact he carried which allow him, possibly by sorcerous means, to travel between dimensions and teleport. In addition he possessed certain "unique" weapons that one presumes could only be aquired on whatever world he called home--for example, a sniper rifle called a "Spirit Rifle" that can tear a person's soul out.
Using such a gun he captured the soul of Hitler and he and Battalion later sold it to interdimensional demonic figures in exchange for the puppy who would grow up into Fenris the Norse wolf-god of legend.
