History
The Black Razors are the emergency tactical response team of International Operations. The Razors are ready at a moment's notice to go into action against any threat to American national security, particularly S.P.B. threats.

Following the motto "Audentes Fortuna Juvat" (Fortune Favors the Brave), the Black Razors were under the leadership of Ben Santini. More than once, the Black Razors have been called into action against the WildC.A.T.s, creating distrust and dislike of the other on both sides. The team was created by Director John Lynch to deal with superhuman threats. Lynch served with and recruited some of the Black Razors' most prominent members, including Frank Colby, Donovan Crane and Benito Santini.


Tactical Response Vantage (TRV) suits
The Black Razor TRV suits have an armour of a light metal which permits them to move swiftly and still carry a variety of hand held weapons without being weighed down. The suits also havea refractory coating whic hdeflects most energy weapons, including the Daemonite's high-tech weapons.
